Spring & Summer Supper Club 2025

With the growing season upon us, Supper Club will be a little bit different. Each month, the only course we’ll reveal in advance is the entrée, which will tie together a 7-9 course tasting menu.

Spring and summer are full of beautiful, vibrant flavors. We curate menus that will be a wonderful surprise when you sit down to enjoy thoughtfully sourced food with friends and family.

 

We guarantee at least one other protein tucked into our menus and lots of delicious food that has been grown right here in Central, NY.

We have chosen this idea to better support the small farmers we love, ensuring that we’re sourcing ingredients from the right people and serving you food that’s as local and sustainable as possible.

$75 per person, plus gratuity & drinks

Dinner will begin at 6:30pm. We encourage you to arrive early, find your seat, select your beverage, and say hello!​​​​​

 

We will have a small selection of wine chosen carefully to enhance the flavors of your meal.
