We source as much of our food locally as possible, shaping each week's menu around what is fresh and available from our own property and farms in the community.

We're always building new relationships with local growers and producers who share our commitment to thoughtful, regenerative farming and the careful stewardship of the land.

A meaningful part of what we bring to the table is transparency. We believe you should know where your food comes from, who grew it, and the care that went into producing it. We also want to continue bridging the gap between local agriculture and community. 

We want you to feel good about the ingredients and meals that you eat with us. We cook deliciously and healthfully, but not without the help of our local farming friends!
